Why this site exists.
I built this site to bring Sodexo's recipe book into the digital age — replacing the printed binder with a faster, more efficient way for the Pannawonica Village kitchen chefs to find exactly what they need. Everything here belongs to Sodexo — the recipes come straight from the original book, though some may have been enhanced or adjusted over time to keep pace with changing ingredients and menus.

From the original book — foreword
This book has been compiled in order to assist Site Managers and Chef's with the unremitting challenge of providing a variety of quality desserts to our customers.
In spite of some of our best efforts desserts have been and still are a major hurdle in fulfilling our commitment to our clients and this book is intended to create an easy reference for all chefs whether they be full time or relief staff and whether they have have a knowledge of pastry or not.
We would like to acknowledge this dedication to our core values of Team Spirit, Service Spirit and Spirit of Progress shown by the writers of this book being Ian Jorgensen, Project Manager Marvel Loch and David Atkinson, Head Chef Marvel Loch.
We hope that this will be the first of many more books to come where we can share in the knowledge of our talented employees.
