Preparation
- 11. Mix all ingredients together in a mixer with a paddle until clear and all weetbix are crushed.
- 22. Divide between trays.
- 33. Bake at 180 C for 10-15 mins.
- 44. While still warm ice with choc fondant.
- 55. Refrigerate before cutting.
